Job Description
- Technical platform ownership of Time Absence solutions.
- Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
- Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
- Key responsibilities of the role:
- Understand business requirements, perform POCs and architect solutions
- Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and to align on and influence roadmaps and solutions
- Play a hands-on role in guiding the i mplement at ion , update and deploy ment of Kronos configurations
- Play a hands-on role in the development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
- Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions as needed
- Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
- Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance activities, and efficiency improvements
- Provide valuable insights to inform product decisions
- Ensure the technical integrity of the solution being developed
