Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions in a timely manner.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies regarding payroll.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of payroll information, including employee attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits.
4. Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory reports such as tax filings, provident fund, and other statutory deductions.
5. Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salary issues.
6. Leave Management: Track and update employee leave balances and process related adjustments.
7. System Updates: Maintain and update payroll software and systems as needed to reflect changes in regulations or company policies.
