Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment disputes.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports to management.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Provide support for audits and other financial reporting requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management
