HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
   
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
• Conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2. Job Posting & Talent Acquisition:
   
• Create and publish job advertisements on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
• Optimize job postings to attract suitable talent.
3. Onboarding:
   
• Manage and facilitate the employee onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, and orientation.
• Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture seamlessly.
4. Compliance & Policy Management:
   
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
