Business Executive

• The Business Executive is responsible for sourcing new clients and retaining existing customers
• The ideal candidate will ensure customer service and external stakeholder management
• The Business Executive will also be responsible for managing risk by taking informed decisions and maintain portfolio quality

What You ll Do

• Achieve business targets as per business vertical guidelines

• Attend to customer queries/grievances and ensure prompt service

• Ensure proper field investigation w.r.t. documentation, stamping and other formalities pre and post disbursement of cases

• Actively participate in sales promotion activities

• Ensure the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered

• Graduate in any discipline with 1-5 years of experience in sales

• Aware of the local culture and trends

• Must know how to ride a Two-wheeler

• Communication skill in regional language

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
