- Field investigation of cases forwarded by business executives
- Make collection efficiency plan
- Collection of overdue as well as current month due from the customers
- Develop personal loan and refinance business through existing customers
- Collect pending post disbursement documents from customers
- Ensure timely submission of collected cash from customers in the office
What We Value
- Graduate in any discipline with 0-3 years of experience
- Must know how to ride a Two-wheeler
- Communication skill in regional language
- Confident and patient when dealing with difficult situations
