Layout inspection Drawing reading.
Working experience of big machining component Crankcase, Cylinder Head, Transmission case, Speed housing etc..
Basic Functional Knowledge of Engine and Transmission Components..
Setup change process Validation and Verification of Machining Parameters.
Having knowledge of SPC, X-bar R Chart etc..
Knowledge of FMEA/APPAP/7 QC tools.
Relevant knowledge of SAP, Auditing skills.
Daily Publishing keeping records of Audits conducted, seek the actions from the owners..
CFT working with Design, Manufacturing, engineering Planning teams for day-to-day problem resolution..
CLR defect /Customer rejection issue analysis Action and monitoring the effectiveness..
