Sales and Collection Officer

Freshers are preferred

Sales:

• Responsible for business growth in given product.
• Enquiry management.
• Scheme management.
• Dealer servicing.
• Initial credit appraisal of customers.
• Increasing market share as targeted at all dealerships under purview.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to Pre and Post Disbursement.

Collections:

• Field investigation of the cases forwarded by business executive and filling up of PEF.
• Making collection efficiency plan
• Planning of daily travel schedule.
• Collection of EMI from the customers Overdues as well as Current month Due.
• Collection of AFC/SFC due from customers.
• Ensuring maximum collection through cheques or branch collections.
• Timely submission of collected cash in the office.
• Taking customer appointments on customer commitments for collection.
• Collection of pending post disbursement documents from customers.
