Job Description
- Responsibilities Key Deliverables. Conduct market research and work with startup ecosystem in India and outside India and roll out product roadmap for agriculture use cases leveraging the precision farming technologies.
- Stich the MM partnership with startup ecosystems for development of IoT, AI, robotics, and autonomous based solution for ag use cases.
- Design and monitor the pilot for precision farming technology trials in India, quantify the customer value propositions, test willing ness to pay, create and monitor the KPIs for pilot. Develop the business plans and present it MM management.
- Develop and Integrate IoT, AI algorithm (using data and images acquired by RGB, multispectral, hyperspectral camera etc), robotics and autonomous solution solutions for agriculture use cases for India and other markets.
- Integrate IoT sensors, AI algorithms, data analytics in Mahindra existing product portfolio (Tractors, harvester, implements, drones, robots etc). Design, integrate, manage, and validate product specs, functional KPIs, reliability goals for key precision farming solutions like variable rate technology, Robotics, IoTs, autonomous and AI algorithms. Identify and evaluate the right precision farming technology to solve farming challenges on specific crop and quantify the value propositions and economics for Mahindra and Farmers. Provide directions for improving accuracies, efficiency and solving field issues on precision farming solutions based on IoTs, AI, Robotics and Autonomous system. Coordinate with Mahindras internal teams and external vendors for commercialization of precision farming solutions in India. Implement and launch precision farming solutions in field and market on time (as per the schedule of program). Coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limiting to Strategy, Agronomy, Product, Sourcing and Go to market team. Experience. 7+ years of experience, with minimum of 2 years of experience on market research, customer in sighting, business plan development and working with startup eco systems in India. General Requirements. Experience with market research, customer in sighting, business plan developments and technology understanding through working on IoT, AI, robotics, autonomy-based solution for agriculture applicationsMust have. Good understanding of AI algorithms development and system integration for solution based on IoTs, robotics, autonomous system, navigation systems (GPS, GNSS), control logic, controller development and hardware development for agriculture equipmentHighly desirable. Qualifications. Bachelors in Electronics Engineering, or any other related technical field.
