Key Responsibilities
I. Market Research & Lead Generation:
-> Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
-> Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
II. Client Engagement:
-> Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-> Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to convert leads into business opportunities.
III. Sales Strategy:
-> Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
-> Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies.
IV. Proposal & Contract Management:
-> Prepare business proposals, presentations, and RFPs tailored to client needs.
-> Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
V. Collaboration:
-> Work closely with internal teams (operations, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
VI. Reporting & Analysis:
-> Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
-> Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Requirements
Education: BTech + MBA in Marketing
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, sales skills. Team player, target-oriented and negotiation skills .
Preferred: Experience/internship in business development (plus), knowledge of CRM tools.
