Position overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business goals,
enhancing organizational performance, employee engagement, and workplace culture. This role will drive key HR functions and collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure a high-performing and
compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management: Lead goal setting, performance reviews, and employee
development.
2. Employee Relations: Address grievances and foster a positive work environment.
3. Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership programs and succession plans.
4. Succession Planning: Identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
5. Employee Engagement: Enhance satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and retention
strategies.
6. Workplace Diversity: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
7. Strategic Planning: Align HR practices with business objectives and provide data-driven
insights.
8. Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable pay structures and benefits
offerings.
9. Rewards & Recognition: Develop recognition programs to celebrate achievements.
10. Conflict Management: Resolve workplace conflicts and promote a respectful culture.
11. HR Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
12. POSH Compliance: Lead sexual harassment prevention efforts and policy adherence.
13. HR Policies: Review and update HR policies to maintain consistency and legal compliance.
14. Change Management: Guide employees through organizational changes and transitions.
15. Employee Wellness: Develop wellness programs focused on physical, mental, and emotional
health.
16. Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
17. Joining & Exit Formalities: Oversee on boarding, off boarding, and smooth transitions for
employees.
18. Attrition & Retention: Analyze attrition data and implement retention strategies.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
• Strong skills in performance management and employee relations.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
