Role & responsibilities

1. Product Development:

• Develop project concepts and specifications aligned with market demands and company goals.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to finalize layouts, plans, and features.
• Evaluate and incorporate sustainable and cost-effective solutions into project designs.

2. Sourcing and Procurement:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials and equipment.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends for innovative materials and technologies.

1. Manpower Planning and Management:

• Assess workforce requirements for project execution.
• Recruit, train, and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture and resolve operational bottlenecks.

4. Purchase Management:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

5. Execution and Project Management:

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple industrial real estate projects.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to project execution, liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Conduct regular audits and site inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Address quality-related concerns promptly to mitigate risks.

7. Strategic Operations

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence across all departments.

8. Project Management

• Ensure timely delivery of real estate projects within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor and contractor negotiations to optimize cost efficiency.

9. Business Development

• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth, including market expansions and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue generation.

10. Financial Management

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Implement cost-control measures and evaluate ROI on projects.

11. Leadership & Team Management

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

12. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in all operations.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial real estate, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role.

2. Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
