Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control processes are followed at all stages of production, from raw material inspection to finished product dispatch.
  
• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
  
• Develop and implement quality engineering solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce defects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in process inspections and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of quality testing results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14-24 years of experience in QA/QC or related field (metals & mining industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or Metallurgy (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, including ISO standards.
  
• Proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems.
