Key Responsibilities :
Closing Sales : Employ cold calling and other direct marketing techniques to engage potential clients, building a robust pipeline of new clientele.
Sales Meetings : Conduct meetings with perspective leads that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Mad Brains Technologies IT solutions.
Customer Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough consultations to understand prospective clients specific business needs and challenges.
Proposal Development and Emailing : Create detailed, customized proposals that address client requirements and follow up through strategic emailing campaigns to ensure client engagement and feedback.
Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market and Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Mad Brains Technologies in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record in client communication and sales closure.
Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call and email potential clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
