We are looking for an experienced HR recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire the best talent for our organization
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and other HR professionals to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our hiring goals
Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job postings, social media, networking, and referrals
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with candidates
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications
Check candidate references, verify employment history, and conduct background checks as necessary
Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools is a plus
