  • Radiaant Captive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team
  • As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and establishing tie-ups with local Direct Selling Agents (DSA) across multiple locations in Maharashtra

As the Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by spearheading the development and execution of highly effective sales strategies within assigned territories
  • Your focus will be on generating valuable leads and accelerating loan sales to new heights
  • By identifying and cultivating partnerships with local Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), you will fortify our distribution network, amplifying opportunities for loan sales
  • Nurturing and fostering strong relationships with DSAs will be paramount, ensuring their regular engagement and unwavering support in achieving sales objectives
  • A proactive approach will be maintained as you conduct thorough market research, staying abreast of industry trends, understanding customer needs, and keeping an eye on competitor activities
  • Collaboration with the marketing team will be crucial, as you work together to craft precisely targeted campaigns and compelling promotional materials
  • Your ability to provide regular and comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and invaluable insights will empower management to make informed decisions
  • Upholding the highest standards, you will ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations, establishing an environment of integrity and excellence
  • The ideal candidate for the position of Field Sales Manager should possess a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong preference for this educational background
  • Additionally, a proven track record as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, particularly within the financial services industry, is highly desirable
  • A comprehensive understanding of the loan market and hands-on experience in lead generation are essential assets
  • The candidate should showcase their ability to cultivate and maintain fruitful partnerships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) or similar channel partners
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are paramount to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
