Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the financial services sector with a proven track record of setting up and leading L&D functions.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Expertise in training needs analysis, content development, and execution.
Qualifications: MBA from a reputed institution. Certifications in L&D or related fields are a plus.
Location: Lower Parel , Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop L&D Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development & organizational development strategy aligned with the company's goals, specifically tailored to the financial services industry.
- Set Up L&D Function: Build and establish the L&D vertical, including developing frameworks, processes, and systems for effective training and development programs across the organization.
- Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing L&D team and collaborate with business/credit team to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver customized training & assessment programs, both in-house and external, including onboarding, functional training, first time manager/leadership development, and behavioural development, among other areas.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, industry-specific training content, tools, and resources that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to identify skill & productivity gaps and ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Drive strategies to improve employee engagement, retention & wellness.
