Brief Synopsis on the role:

1. Heading the L&D function

2. Design and execute the training architecture for the organization - own content design, digitization, delivery and efficacy.

3. Implementation and governance of annual training needs identification and deliveries

4. Identify Hi-Pos and run relevant development programs for internal growth opportunities

5. Review the Competency framework and its relevance from time to time

6. Designing & developing the Management Development & Leadership Development for the middle & senior management
