1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps in employee skills and competencies.
2. Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership and critical roles.
- Design and implement succession planning strategies to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Work with senior management to retain key talent and reduce attrition risks.
- Develop career progression frameworks and internal mobility programs.
3. Performance Management:
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management system (PMS).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure a structured approach to goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals.
- Train managers and employees on performance management best practices, including giving constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for intervention.
4. Program Development & Management:
- Design and deliver training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
- Utilize various learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads and HR to ensure training programs meet business needs.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized training requirements.
6. Leadership Development:
- Create leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Facilitate executive coaching and mentoring programs.
- Analyze training costs and ROI to optimize resource allocation.
7. Employee Engagement:
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Encourage employee participation in L&D programs through effective communication and marketing.
8. Technology Utilization:
- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress.
- Stay updated with the latest L&D technologies and methodologies.
