About the Job :
- We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Head to lead the L&D function in the financial services sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training and organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D and organizational development strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Establish and lead the L&D vertical, creating frameworks, processes, and systems for effective training programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing L&D team, collaborating with business and credit teams to enhance learning experiences.
- Design and deliver customized training programs, including onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and behavioral training.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop high-quality, industry-specific training content and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill and productivity gaps, ensuring learning initiatives align with business needs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness through strategic L&D programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in L&D within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of setting up and leading L&D functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Expertise in training needs analysis, content development, and execution.
- MBA from a reputed institution; certifications in L&D or related fields are a plus
