Role: HRD Learning & Development.
Location : Navi Mumbai.
Qualification: Masters in HR or a relevant field that is pertinent to the role.
Notice Period : 90 Days.
Experience:
- 13+ years of Relevant HR Experience (we require a seasoned professional who is interested in an opportunity which will allow the individual to shape and develop the L&D strategy for a large and growing organization).
- SHRM Certification, L&D strategy, Psychometric assessments, Training program Identification.
Key role aspects: L&D Strategy, Training Program Identification, Driving and Conducting targeted training programs, designing various training intervention, Psychometrics related assessments and rollout.
Role & Responsibilities:
- This individual will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development function while furthering the HRD Organizational Goals.
- Developing Learning Strategies: Incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing learning strategies and plans for organizational and individual development.
- Implementing Learning Programs: Design and delivery of training programs including workshops, internal and external e-learning opportunities as well as other related training initiatives.
- Monitoring Training Effectiveness: Experience in monitoring programs that have been rolled out and ensuring necessary changes are made depending on the feedback.
- Strategic: This role will carry strategic importance since the incumbent's ability to perform skill mapping will also ensure that most HR practices from Hiring to Retention could be under the ambit of the function.
- L&D Awareness: Ensuring that employees across locations and levels are aware of the various L&D rollouts while also making sure that all sections comply with the policy.
- Certifications: We would strongly prefer an incumbent with relevant training certifications and past experience in a banking L&D verticals.
