Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Role & Responsibility:

- Preparation of financial statements - Standalone & Consolidated (as per Ind AS) and various need-based MIS and reporting the same to Management on weekly/ fortnightly/monthly/ Quarterly basis.

- Reviewing the profitability & costs & various segment wise reporting.

- Monthly Branch Level MIS

- Data Analytics related to Business Scenario

- Preparation of yearly budgeted P&L & presentation to management for variances.

- Ledger Scrutiny to ensure completeness & for recording of revenue and Expenses

- Handling taxation matters of the Company including filing of TDS Returns, Service tax Returns, Income tax returns, issuing TDS certificates, etc. Replying to the IT dept./ Service tax dept. for any notice/demand etc. raised against the Company & handling scrutiny assessments & making various submissions for scrutiny assessment.

- Liaising with various consultants for tax compliances.

- Liaising with internal and external auditors and getting the audits done smoothly & within due course of time.

Education: CA Mandatory

Experience: 3 - 4 years of post-qualification work experience in Finance & Accounts profile in NBFC/HFCs (under Ind AS)
