Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 Per Month

Shift: UK Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)

Location: Pune (Pimple Saudagar)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and international marketing. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads in global markets.
• Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline using tools like CRM software.
• Execute strategic outreach to generate new business opportunities.

2. International Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to international clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

3. Client Engagement & Account Management:

• Act as a key point of contact for international clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Build long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.

4. eCommerce and Pharmaceutical Sales Expertise:

• Leverage your eCommerce experience to drive sales in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Understand and communicate the unique value propositions of our products and services.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

What Were Looking For

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and international marketing.
• Hands-on experience in the eCommerce and/or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
