Business Development Manager ( Freshers Can apply)

Role & responsibilities :

• Acquire new business internationally and in India for web, software, and digital marketing services.
• Generate prospects and build relationships with clients in the US, UK, Australia, and Europe via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Understand mobile app development, SaaS, and CRM solutions.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and close deals.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies for growth.
• Build and maintain CRM databases and ensure long-term client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and provide after-sales support.
• Participate in team meetings and help develop entry-level staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA/MCA/B.Tech preferred).
• 2-7 years of business development experience in IT, specifically for mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of web/mobile tech, SaaS, and digital marketing.
• Proven success in international business development, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and collaborate in a team.
• Experience with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer is a plus.
