Lead Generation Executive (Freshers can apply) - Mindquad Solutions Pvt Ltd

Profile: ERP Sales / Solution Sales (Domestic + International Market)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 1 years (IT/ Software Industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential leads within the Microsoft and SAP ERP ecosystem (prospects in various industries).
Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, databases, and market research to identify decision-makers and influencers.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and webinars.
Qualify leads through effective questioning, needs analysis, and understanding of the client s business requirements.
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Provide support to Senior Sales Representatives by managing lead lists and assisting in follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and ensure follow-up in a timely manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up processes.
Assist in improving outreach scripts, email templates, and sales presentations.
Use CRM tools to track interactions with leads, update lead status, and monitor progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation metrics.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and problem-solving.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Readiness for service agreement
