Responsibilities:A Success Factors PMGM job description refers to a role focused on implementing, configuring, and supporting the Performance Management and Goal management (PMGM module within the SAPSuccessFactors Platform) Business Needs Analysis: Understanding client requirements for performance management and goal setting, identifying key performance indicators (KP|s), and translating them into SuccessFactors configurations system configuration setting up performance review templates, goal management structures, competency frameworks, rating scales, and feedback mechanisms within the PMGM module. Defining and configuring approval processes for performance reviews, goal updates, and calibrations ensuring seamless data tiow between PiGM and other SuccessFactors modules like emolovee Central, as well as external system. User Training and support Providing training to end-users on how to navigate the PMGM module, conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback.
