SuccessFactors Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Exp :

- 8+ years What You'll Do :

- Design and architect comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting).

- Develop and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (SAP and non-SAP).

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

- Keep abreast of the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, trends, and technologies.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications.

What You'll Need :

- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect with a strong understanding of core modules.

- Extensive hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.

- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and integration technologies (e.g., CPI, APIs).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Immediate to 15 days notice period is required. Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment.
