SAP QM Consultant - S/4 HANA Module (7-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and have a proven track record of successful implementations and support.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality processes, configuration skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration :

- Design, configure, and test SAP QM functionality to meet business requirements.

- This includes configuring master data (inspection plans, quality info records, material specifications), inspection processes (goods receipt inspections, in-process inspections), quality notifications, and quality reporting.

Implementation & Support :

- Participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Provide post-implementation support to clients, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze client quality management processes.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions using SAP best practices.

Requirements Gathering :

- Elicit and document business requirements from clients.

- Translate these requirements into functional specifications for SAP configuration and development.

Testing & Documentation :

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SAP solutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Training & User Support :

- Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP QM functionality.

- Provide ongoing support to users, answering questions and resolving issues.

Integration :

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants (e., PP, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration between modules.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases and functionalities.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in quality management.

Required Skills and Experience :

SAP QM Expertise :

- Extensive hands-on experience in the SAP QM module, including configuration and support.

Functional Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of core QM processes, such as quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, quality control, and quality reporting.

Implementation Experience :

- Proven experience participating in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.

Technical Skills :

- Ability to configure SAP QM functionality and perform basic troubleshooting.

- ABAP debugging skills are a plus.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Teamwork :

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience with specific industry solutions (e., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive).

- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e., PP, MM, SD).

- Experience with S/4HANA QM.

- Knowledge of quality management standards (e., ISO 9001).

- Experience with quality management systems (QMS).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

- SAP QM certification is highly desirable
