SuccessFactors Succession Consultant( Succession Planning & Career Development plan)

Experience:6-12 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad

Requirements : Min. 1 implementation in SF succession module (those who have implementation in PMGM and having knowledge Succession are also eligible)

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in SuccessFactors Succession Planning and career development planning
• Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF SPCDP including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules
• Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
• Certified in SuccessFactors Succession, Career Development and Mentoring is a plus
• The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Ability to engage stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
• Willing to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business
• Willing to work based on clients business work days and office hours
