Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, distributors and retailers. Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
2. Product Presentation: Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing to customers. Address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
3. Relationship Building: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and offer support as needed.
4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Track and report sales performance metrics.
5. Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Record details of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for product and service improvements.
Qualifications: Any Graduate Experience :
*Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling or customer service roles of at least 1-2 year, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
*Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
*Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
