Role & responsibilities

• Social media calendar and marketing strategies.
• Planning & developing clear and engaging content that is consistent across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn
• Give clear direction and inspiration to creative teams in developing engaging concepts
• Analysing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
• Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
• Ability to understand brand voice and adapt your writing to match the brand tone of voice.
• Creating, adjusting, and managing the social media calendar.
• Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content.
• Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research
• Have a passion for lifestyle branding and your work.
• Consistent and strong collaborator who elevates the work of cross-functional teams

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in digital/social marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in marketing/social and digital communications or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suits
• Advance knowledge in managing social channels.
• Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve
• Must be able to prioritize a demanding workload and tight timelines
• Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive
