CRM Executive - Oman

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in managing Loyalty Marketing
• Create data-led Loyalty Marketing strategy
• Design loyalty marketing calendar with clear objectives and expected outcomes.
• Design and manage campaigns to enhance customer engagement & brand Loyalty
• Expert in customer selection, and campaign measurement techniques
• Manage all program communications of the program through all the channels (App Push, NFC, Newsletters, SMS)
• Monitor and measure NPS for the program
• Co-ordinate with group marketing to drive loyalty initiatives
• Develop initiatives to attract and retain the most valuable customers and maximize their lifetime value (CLTV)

Preferred candidate profile

• Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management
• Relevant experience: 4+ years of Loyalty marketing & CRM Experience in FMCG market/ Supermarket/ Hypermarket / Grocery Business is a must
• Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
• Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team member
• Analytical and data-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Technology skills in CRM software & Analytical skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
• Good inter-personal skills.
