Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Low Code Delivery Anchor In this role he she will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large scale digital transformation programs using low code platforms within our large enterprise environment You will collaborate with cross functional teams to design develop deploy and maintain low code applications that meet the needs of our business units

Lead the end to end delivery of large scale low code based programs ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives

Collaborate with Client and Internal stakeholders Operations and Recruitment teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution

Design develop and customize low code applications using industry leading platforms such as Power Platform RPA

Experince in Agile Methodlogies

Conduct regular governance meetings and reporting to Client and Internal stakeholders

Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers to maintain high quality standards and best practices

Implement automation monitoring and performance optimization strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of low code applications

Manage project timelines resource allocation and risks to ensure timely delivery and successful deployment of low code solutions

Stay current with emerging technologies trends and best practices in low code development to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Establish and maintain documentation training materials and knowledge sharing initiatives to facilitate the adoption of low code development methodologies across the organization

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience

Proven experience 10 years in software development with a focus on low code platforms and tools

Hands on expertise with at least one major low code platform e g Power Platform RPA etc
