Quality Analyst ( QA )

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Should Have 3+ Year as QA

Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Identify, document, and track software or process defects.

Testing:
Conduct manual and automated testing of applications, products, or processes.
Perform regression, performance, functional, and stress testing as required.

Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance product quality and performance.

Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed test cases and reports.
Document testing processes, methodologies, and outcomes for transparency.

Compliance and Standards:
Ensure products or processes comply with organizational and industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and best practices.

Analysis and Improvement:
Analyze QA metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
