Roles & Responsibilities

1. 6 Month experience in sales,Telesales/Telecalling

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products, and close sales.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
Customer Interaction:

Provide detailed information about products or services over the phone, answering customer queries.
Act as a point of contact for customers, handling complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, consistently achieving KPIs set by management.
Track all sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers to support decision-making.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
