Oracle UIM Developer - Implementation & Support (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement UIM cartridges for efficient inventory management.

- Configure extension points and develop rule sets to meet system requirements.

- Model logical and physical inventory using the UIM PSR (Product, Service, and Resource) model.

- Integrate UIM with upstream systems through web services, SFWS, and UIM APIs.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to UIM functionalities and web services.

- Collaborate with UIM Inventory Managers, such as Service Manager and CO Manager, for optimized inventory solutions.

- Develop technical actions to enable seamless service provisioning.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience with UIM 7.2.X, including cartridge development and web services integration.

- Proficiency in Unix, Java, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting.

- In-depth understanding of network domains, such as Wireless, VoIP, DSL, and others.

- Expertise in UIM PSR models, TMF/eTOM frameworks, SID Data Models, and RODOD/RSDOD solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills within Unix/Linux environments.
