Job Description
? Oversee and manage multiple software development projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
? Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables.
? Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, providing solutions to address issues and keep projects on track.
? Facilitate regular communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely updates on project progress and challenges.
? Conduct post-project retrospectives to assess project performance, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.
? Serve as a primary point of contact for any project-related escalations and help facilitate a solution-focused approach.
Job Requirement
? Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
? Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
? Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
? Problem-solving mindset with experience in identifying risks and developing actionable mitigation strategies.
