Job Title: Bartender

Location - Airport & Lower Parle

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drink Preparation:
  Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences. Ensure drinks are served in a timely manner with attention to quality and presentation.
• Bar Maintenance:
  Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Regularly check inventory levels for liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes. Clean glassware and bar tools.
• Cash Handling:
  Accurately process customer payments, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure the correct change is provided. Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of the shift.
• Knowledge of Menu and Products:
  Keep updating drink specials, new cocktails, and any changes to the beverage menu. Promote drinks and upsell items to increase sales.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow all alcohol service regulations and ensure that customers are not over served. Check IDs to verify the legal drinking age. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with setting up the bar for service and cleaning up at the end of the shift.
• Problem Resolution:
  Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and patience, aiming to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  Previous experience as a bartender preferred. Familiarity with mixology and drink recipes is a plus.
• Skills:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensing/Certifications:
  Must have a valid bartending or alcohol-serving Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of wine and beer varieties.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
