- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Strong understanding of beverage costs and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
