Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and long-term engagement.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads, pitch company offerings, and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively manage communication and coordination with clients, site managers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Escalation Management: Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.
