Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing executives.

- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.

- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Google AdWords Expertise:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to achieve client objectives.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance and strategy.

- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong relationships.

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet client goals.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance results.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (on paper) in digital marketing or a related field.

- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant tools.

- Certification in Google AdWords (preferred but not mandatory).
