Head - Internal Communication (15-20 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Internal Communications to drive our internal messaging, enhance employee engagement, and position our company as a transparent and inspiring workplace. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing a holistic internal communications strategy that fosters alignment, strengthens culture, and supports change management.

- 15+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields.

- Strong background in working closely with C-suite executives on strategic messaging.

- Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging narratives for employees at all levels.

- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Experience leading change communications in fast-growing or transforming organizations.

- Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Workplace by Meta).

- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for candidates only from Chennai and Bangalore. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
