Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive student admissions, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute marketing campaigns, foster relationships with parents and partners, and drive overall revenue growth through admissions and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Admissions:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments across all campuses.
- Drive lead generation, inquiry conversions, and admissions through targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with admission counselors to enhance their effectiveness in closing enrollments.
- Build relationships with parents, educational consultants, feeder schools, and community influencers to promote brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Marketing & Branding:
- Oversee the development of marketing plans, including digital, print, and event-based campaigns.
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage the institution's digital presence, including website updates, social media engagement, and online advertising.
- Develop and execute community engagement programs, workshops, and open-house events to attract prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to showcase the institution's strengths through PR and media outreach.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, relocation agencies, and embassies to attract expatriate and high-net-worth families.
- Foster relationships with industry bodies, educational fairs, and online platforms to increase visibility.
- Engage with alumni and parent networks to strengthen referrals and word-of-mouth admissions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead a high-performing team of admission counselors, marketing executives, and digital specialists.
- Set KPI's and performance metrics for the team to drive results.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field from Top tier college
- Proven track record in driving admissions growth and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
