Executive Finance and Accounting (Bill Tracking and Dispatch.)

Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation and Follow-up:

• Follow up for Un-paid bills & reconcile of dispatched bills for tracking of bills
• Follow up with insurance providers, patients, or relevant parties to address any billing issues or delays.
• Work with the finance or collections team to track unpaid bills and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure all closed credit bills are being dispatched as per TAT
• Review of pending dispatch bills to ECHS/CAPF/ESI/PSU & TPA on daily basis and ensure dispatch of pending bills.
• Maintain a log of all dispatched bills and track their delivery status.

NMI Closer Tracker:

• Monitor and manage the NMI closer tracker to ensure that all non-medical information discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to close out unresolved NMI issues.
• Track the status of NMI issues, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to resolve them.
• Report on NMI resolution progress, identifying any bottlenecks or delays in the process.
• Provide regular updates to management on billing cycle progress and any issues that may affect revenue flow.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise with various hospital departments, including patient services, insurance, coding, and finance, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies to address any billing concerns or discrepancies.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for streamlining billing and NMI resolution processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Review of Deductions, and categorisation of NMI for corrective actions
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on the billing cycle and propose improvements.
