Assistant Manager - Business Development (Branding)

Job Description

Brand: Implement brand plans that support the company business strategy.

Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing activities aimed at the public across several channels

Focused on B2C activities.

Market Research: Research target audiences, competitors activities, and different industrial developments.

Brand Positioning: Formulate and strengthen market brand identity.

Public Relations: Perform public relations tasks including communication with the media, news releases, and management of any communicational crises.

Budget Management: Adjust to the marketing budget appropriately and do a proper distribution of costs to the involved parties.

KRA (5):

1. Formulate and implement the brand strategies in line with the hospital's mission.
2. Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing activities through all channels.
3. Identify and evaluate the market along with its segments to determine the most appropriate
target audience and competitor.
4. Write, edit, and oversee the production of website, social media, and other marketing content.
5. Evaluate marketing efforts and look for regularly available tools that address marketing effectiveness
