Collection Manager- & Field Executive

The job of Collection Manager is to lead a team of Field Executives in Central Kerala.

The responsibility of a Collection Manager will be as follows:

• Lead a team of Field Executives
• Prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate with back-end staff
• Reporting to Bank's Regional Receivables Managers,Branch Receivables Managers and Managers of bank
• Achieve desired targets
• Communicate with high value case customers.
• Coordinate with CREMON Team of the bank.
• The job responsibilities of Field Executives are to persuade the customers to pay out standing dues through field visits and phone calls.
• They have to report to Collection Manager and back end staff.
• Visiting the customers and branches assigned are mandatory
