JD Of Dispatch Executive
- Effective utilization of Manpower
- Logistics & Supply chain - Outbound activity
- To Ensure FIFO for FG dispatch
- All gate pass received and its verification.
- Tanker Loading and releasing on time- After ensuring correct temperature & QC Parameters.
- Sales order execution for dispatch .Time frame require for sales order as per pending orders.
- To ensure cleanliness of packed drums and its labelling before dispatch.
- Physical Stock audit.
- Generate E-WAY BILL,LR and related dispatch documents.
- Proper 5's (Sorting, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) maintained in FG warehouse
- Maintain Inward Raw material register.
- RM Tanker Weighments.
