Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

Candidates should be bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology with about 5-10 years relevant experience in polymer emulsion or petrochemical industry or chemical industry.

1. Compliance of Statutory requirement like DG Servicing, Transformer oil replacement etc

2. Compliance towards external testing of equipment's

3. Standard weights stamping and calibration

4. Compliance of Safety Audits including electrical as per schedule

5. JISL Load cell calibration as per schedule

6 .All instruments calibration like safety valve, pressure guages , temperature indicators

7.Raising of work orders /Purchase orders as per requirement

8. Assisting in projects related civil and Mechanical

9 .Visiting to Factories for inspection of equipment's and Instruments

10. To ensure proper labelling and tagging of all Instruments and maintain House keeping

11.Procurement of Engineering and Electrical goods from Local or Head office

12.To ensure all the records are maintained properly on regular basis

13 .To ensure PT ecology system is working efficiently related to ETP (COD/BOD/TSS/Server
/PH /Flow meter )etc in coordination

14. To ensure all the QC and R&D instruments are calibrated as per schedule and working in
healthy condition

15. To ensure CCTV cameras are working properly
