Proven experience in HR roles such as recruitment, employee relations, or performance management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity. Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
