Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Recruitment & Counseling

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission policies.
• Conduct school tours for parents and students, highlighting key aspects of the institution.
• Assist parents in selecting the right academic program based on their child’s needs.

2. Admission Process Management

• Guide parents through the application process, document submission, and fee payment.
• Review and verify application forms and required documents.
• Coordinate and schedule entrance tests, interviews, and orientation sessions.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of admission formalities.

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external stakeholders.
• Address queries, concerns, and grievances related to admissions in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for a seamless onboarding process.

4. Marketing & Promotion

• Participate in education fairs, school expos, and promotional events to attract new admissions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain a database of inquiries and analyze trends for strategic planning.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled students in the school database.
• Prepare reports on admission trends, student demographics, and enrollment targets.
• Assist in developing admission strategies based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
